HOW CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

We are shipping all over India, however, we will soon ship internationally. For delivery of products in India order from www.tintaccessories.com

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?

Shipping is free for all Prepaid orders above 749/-

Flat charges of 69/- is applied to all Prepaid orders below 749/-

Flat charges of ₹99/- for all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

The shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

The estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Order Status tab on the respective product page.

Once your order is successfully placed, our delivery partner will pick up the package within 1-2 days. The estimated delivery time after pickup is between 3-5 days across India.

Once your order has been dispatched by our delivery partner, you will receive a notification with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

However, in some cases, there might be a delay due to certain factors beyond our control.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the “My Account” on the website to check your order status.

MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make certain products as made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the Shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.
