CANCELLATION POLICY

WHAT IS TiNT Accessories CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can visit MyOrders in your TiNT account and cancel a part or the complete order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund for the items cancelled will be initiated within 48-72 business hours. It will take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped. However, you can return a part or the complete order within two (2) days of receiving the product by going to the MyOrders section. The seal of the item(s) being returned should be intact and untampered with.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, but if the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your order after shipment, you can go to the MyOrders section to cancel your order. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you and the balance amount will be refunded.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION?

HOW CAN I GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 48-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In case of cancellation after shipment, the refund will be processed once we have received the product(s) and the quality check is completed. Once our quality team is satisfied with the condition of the products received by them, the refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
